Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at check out.
I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is in its' original condition I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If a commissioned piece is being returned, I will refund the full amount minus the $50.00 deposit and the shipping costs
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at twomusesart@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. I address these on a case to case basis but I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory conclusion.
